Product introduce

Because when direct, active, sulfur dye in the cellulose fiber dyeing deep color the low wet friction fastness, especially the big black, bright red, turquoise etc. wet friction fastness are often less than 3 level, and exported to Europe and America textile wet friction fastness requirements above grade 3. So our company special developed wet rubbing fastness improve agent ZY-860.

Product features   

1. Won't destroy the dyed fabric fastness.

2. used for cellulose fibre reactive dyeing fixation processing; improve the wet rubbing fastness of the fabric 1-2 level;

usage

According to the dye type, concentration, processed fabric types, form different, usage is as follows:

1.impregnation method

dosage：improver ZY-860：4～8％（o.w.f.）

Bath ratio：1：10～20

Process: after dyeing cloth (pH ≤7) - dip (temperature: 25 ℃, time: twenty ~ 30 min) - drying (100 ~ 120 ℃)

2.Pad method

dosage：ZY-860：30～50g/L；

Process: after dyeing cloth (pH ≤ 7) - two dip two rolling (temperature: 15 ~ 20℃, rolling over rate: 70 ~ 80%) - drying (100 ~ 120 ℃)

Note: good preparation of working liquid in 25 ℃ nearby translucent latex, please immediately made good use of.
