APPLICATIONPROCESS

Dipping: the general handle feelingfinishing : 0.5~2%（o.w.f.）. Ice handle feeling finishing :3~10%（o.w.f.）

Padding: the general handle feeling finishing :5~20g/L.a dipping and a padding with the pick up ratio of 80%.

Please users adjust the specific dosage by doing experiment.

GENERAL FEATURES

APEO- free

Good hydrophilicity, hydrophilicitytest for 2-3 seconds.

Belongs to new ternary copolymerized silicone oil,1% solution can operate normally in the PH rangeof 3-10, thestability is good.

Can casually stir to dilute bywater, and the settingtemperature doesn’t exceed 150℃.

Can substitute for soft oil,softener flakes and also can beused for making softening in vat; will not stickto roller or float oil; and it will also not break the emulsion in the caseof 70℃.Besides, it can make fabric very soft, thick,flexible , smooth and hydrophilic.

The finished fabrics have noyellowing and it ill not influence the color fastnessand color light, it has bright effectinstead, can be used for bleaching and thelight color fabrics.

High concentrated product, thecompatibility is very good, users can dilute the corresponding amounts orcompound according to your demands.( Suggestion: dilution at 1:5-1:10)
