Ultra soft crude oil ZY-5172

Purpose

This product is a new type of special polyether structured multi block organic silicon finishing agent, suitable for the hand feel finishing of cotton, chemical fibers, and cotton chemical fiber blended fabrics. It provides excellent softness and smoothness of the fabric, overcomes the instability of ordinary silicone oil, and has high cost-effectiveness. After being treated with this product, the fabric has a soft and delicate hand feel, which is naturally skin friendly and not greasy.

Performance characteristics

Gives cotton, synthetic fibers, and cotton synthetic fiber blended fabrics an excellent soft feel, delicate and natural without being greasy;

Polyether modified structure with good stability and self dispersion characteristics completely eliminates the phenomenon of traditional silicone oil sticking to rollers, floating oil, and demulsification during operation;

This product meets domestic and foreign environmental requirements and does not contain prohibited substances such as APEO.

General stability: Stable for hard water, alkali, and cations, and cannot be used in the same bath as anionic products.

Storage stability: It can be stable for at least one year in a sealed container at 20 ℃. At low temperatures, viscosity increases, but product efficacy does not decrease.

Application: The emulsification/dilution process for ultra smooth crude oil ZY-5172 can self emulsify. Put the crude oil into the kettle, start stirring, and add 2% glacial acetic acid diluent in three times (dilute the glacial acetic acid with water first). Stir for 5 minutes each time, then slowly add water while stirring to dilute to the desired concentration. Please adjust the specific process according to the sample according to the user's discretion. (Calculated by standard concentration)

Packaging and storage

100kg/barrel, placed in a cool and dry place, sealed for storage, with a shelf life of 6 months. The product color may slightly darken, but it does not affect the effectiveness of use.
